Your supplied content
You provide ready-to-use photos that you own or may use. We agree the quantity and placement before confirming the quote. Photography, large catalogs, and specialist retouching are separate. Basic image optimization and presentation cropping are included within the agreed scope. Please supply your website text.
Your existing branding
New logo design is not included. We use your existing logo or business name; new logo work is quoted separately. Existing written agreements remain valid.

A design tailored to your business using reusable layout components and your supplied content. Mobile-friendly layouts are included at every tier.
Basic page foundations
Page titles, descriptions, clear headings, image descriptions, navigation, and agreed phone/email links. No search-ranking guarantee.
One revision round, then your approval
Review your development preview and send one consolidated round of feedback within the agreed scope. Extra revisions are quoted before work. Publication requires your explicit approval.
14-day correction period
Report defects in the agreed delivered work within 14 days of handover for correction at no extra design charge. New requests, changed content, and third-party failures are separately assessed.
What you provide
Your business information, agreed website text, images you have permission to use, and a contact person for feedback. For launch, you need a domain, compatible hosting, and authorized collaborator access—never passwords in the application.
What needs separate scoping
Online stores, payment processing, customer accounts, new booking systems, custom integrations, extra pages, full copywriting, and specialist image editing. Forms and any connected services are confirmed before acceptance; outside service fees are separate.
Same-day eligibility is reviewed—not guaranteed.
Scope, ready materials, hosting, your review window, and capacity determine the schedule. Nothing is published or handed over until you explicitly approve the finished version.
Choosing an option does not reserve a slot or authorize payment. No payment is taken on this website.

The work we create.
Build packages run from $25 to $150 for the agreed scope. Advanced functions and builds of 11 or more pages are quoted separately. Manage the site yourself or add a care plan from $50/month. A care plan does not include the initial build fee.

Your online address.
You need an existing or newly registered domain for launch on your own web address. You control its registration and renewals in your account. Registration, renewals, transfers, and premium-domain charges are not included in our design fee.

A home for the website.
You need hosting compatible with the agreed build. Use an existing compatible plan or choose a new one after our review. Hosting, email, optional add-ons, and connected-service charges are separate.

Already have a domain or host?
Tell us in your application. There is no requirement to transfer a compatible service or buy through us. We agree any access, backup, and connection steps before touching a live website or email setup.
Not sure what to buy?
Apply first. We confirm compatibility and costs before you purchase. A custom-coded informational site and a site with server-side features can need different hosting. WordPress is not required.
Before you pay a provider
Check the amount due today, the full contract term, renewal price, taxes, and selected add-ons—not just an advertised monthly equivalent.
A free first-year domain or introductory hosting offer may have later renewal charges. Read the provider’s current terms.
Confirm whether SSL, backups, and business email are included, optional, or separately billed. Website hosting and your mailbox are not automatically the same service.
You remain responsible for provider billing and renewals. The provider handles hosting-account support; Mad Prestige handles the agreed website design work.
Provider choice stays yours. Mad Prestige does not resell hosting in this offer. No active hosting partnership or exclusive discount is claimed. Any future affiliate links will be clearly labeled.
Routine updates and security checks where supported, availability checks, backup checks, and contact-form checks. We review the platform and access before accepting a site. Agreed payment and membership connections can be included in technical care.
What an update means
Changes to supplied text, pictures, prices, or existing sections use your monthly content allowance. Small seasonal refreshes can use it too. Unused time does not roll over. Additional content work is $40/hour, approved before work begins.
When the scope grows
New pages, redesigns, new functionality, and substantial integration repairs receive a separate quote. Complexity can require a higher care plan even with fewer pages. High-activity stores and custom membership systems may need a tailored plan.
Your accounts. Your website.
Domain, hosting, email, payment processing, and paid tools are separate costs in your own accounts. Canceling care does not remove your paid-for website. We agree the handoff, renewal dates, and cancellation or refund terms before enrollment.
A clear support arrangement.
Correspondence is by email on business days. We confirm turnaround for each request and prioritize reported outages; these plans do not include 24/7 support or an instant-fix guarantee. Existing websites may need separately quoted onboarding or repairs before care starts.
CARE-MEMBER WORKSPACE / PLANNED
A place for your pictures and requests.
We are preparing a private member area for profiles, picture uploads, update requests, and billing information. Sign-in, uploads, and online checkout are not available yet. For now, inquire and arrange approved work by email. No subscription starts from this website.
ALREADY HAVE A WEBSITE?

Modernize & improve
Refresh dated layouts, simplify navigation, improve the mobile experience, and update content. We inspect the platform first: some sites can be edited in place, while others need a rebuild.
Holiday themes, seasonal menus, anniversaries, launches, promotions, and personal celebrations. Agree the design, installation date, and removal or restoration date before the change goes live.
One-time purchases, paid membership access, customer profiles, and POS connections are separately scoped. Connections using IBC / Basys iQ Pro+ require merchant-account and compatibility review. Your own customers pay into your merchant account.
Before changing an existing website, we agree backups, important URLs, redirects, and any email or integrations that must remain in place. Newsletter signup setup does not include writing campaigns; social links do not include account management or live-feed integrations. Care-member access to Mad Prestige is separate from a membership system built for your own customers.
